Thanks for all the health hubs.I have a lot of reading as my Wind Blown Adventure hub has an unwritten hub sequel. While I was outdoors recently I encountered something{plant/insect] that resulted in a swollen eye and skin irritation. The medication indicates I am being treated for allergy and inflammation. However, since I hate pills, I am looking for natural medicine alternatives/remedies I can use after the seven days treatment.Of course I will use caution by taking what I read with the proverbial "grain of salt".

It's never too late.  Just check and see what the topic of the day is and write about it.

I have very much enjoyed this weeks topic.  I have learned so much and it is fascinating material for someone with a lot of health problems. I have done a lot of research and it seems each hub I read is outstanding.  My latest hub is for today's topic: Reiki.  http://hubpages.com/hub/Reiki-Life-Forc … or-Healing

I'm back again with another question about HubMob vs March Health Contest. Sorry if I seem dense but I'm confused about the "starting" rules for my Hubs this weeks.

If I want to submit a Hub for the Health contest, must I start that hub from the contest page rather than the usual weekly Hubmob link, i.e. answering your question? I though that to be correct because that's what the instructions are on the Contest page.

If I want to join the HubMob but don't "qualify for the contest" I begin my Hub from the Hubmob link. I understand that, but if I DO qualify for the Contest, can I still begin from your Hubmob link? Am I automatically entered into the contest if I qualify and answer the daily topic, publishing it within the required time frame? Is there an added step that must be done on the Contest page after my hub is published?

    Thanks so much!

    1. rmcrayne profile image89
rmcrayneposted 14 years agoin reply to this

You do not have to use the contest link to enter the contest.  You can start hubs now for the topic next week, so long as you categorize it correctly and don’t publish until after 12 noon Pacific time on that topic day.

IF you want your hub to be a contest hub AND a HubMob hub, start it from Princessa’s link, categorize it correctly, and publish it within the time frame for the contest topic.

There are a number of us that qualify for the contest, but are starting our hubs through the HubMob.  If you start through Princessa’s link, and categorize it correctly, it will be contest-eligible, and will be in the contest topic RSS.  You do not need to do anything else.

Look backward on this thread as well as the contest thread.  I read both threads in their entirety before Monday noon.  There’s a lot of repetition, so it all sinks in.

hi green, yes, as far as I understand, you can enter both from here as long as you enter under the daily topic within the time frame.

A number of circumstances can pile additional depression on top of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). There's a Reverse-SAD as well. Some people belittle the sufferers of SAD and it's not fair. It's real and painful, but can be reduced by at least 4 types of treatments. --
