I wouldn't think they are but the help section didn't say.
I have tried with both cases. Both the times it returned with same results.
hence it looks like that referral trackers are not case sensitive.
Hubpages authorities may come out with an answer.
It seems they like it when you have links on another site to bring you to hub-pages. One of my sites, it appeared that hub-pages, might not of liked links that take you off of hub-pages? Would like to hear from someone who has been around for awhile:)
You can use referral trackers to bring traffic from another sites.
You can also use referral trackers to send traffic to fellow hubbers' hub. You can do this in your own hub or profile page. This is one of the way you can promote some one else's hub and get commission.
