You should provide facility of blog writing for account holders.
If you want a blog, go set one up on a blog site. HubPages was not created to be a blogging site.
Lots of websites offer blogs, and yet I always end up back on either blogger or wordpress.
I'd say get a blogger or wordpress blog, and get Windows Live Writer so you can easily publish to them. No need for HP to provide a service way too many sites offer now.
Besides, you could probably put a lot of blog posts as hubs(except veryr personal ones, and even then you still could)
What do you mean, 10dollar? A Hub is generally a fair bit longer than a blog post and more information-rich - they're not really interchangeable.
I've transferred a couple of Hubs to a blog, but in each case one Hub made four or five blog posts.
