Can anyone tell me how we can use the RSS feed on an individual basis between hubbers to promote our work.

I use the RSS code from my profile page which will list the latest. As for other Hubbers, use their RSS button to get the url and paste. Not sure if that's what you mean, just a thought. smile

Perhaps she needs an exchange of RSS feed among hubbers. I may be wrong. Just guessing.

I think you should try and explain your question a little more fully?

do you know what rss is?

so you know where to find your personal links an dthe links of fellow hubbers?

how to make really customized hub rss feeds?

how to display a feed at hubs?

how to display the feed outside of hubs?

I must admit, im not understanding the scope of the question

To be honest the only place I use an RSS Feed is in Hubmob. I know that it advertise other hub on the bottom of my hub. I just wonder is this like a mutual piggy back ride. If let's say outside Hubmob I put someone's RSS feed on my work and they did the same for me. Will this help get us both promoted.

I guessed rightly and posted in this forum. It is a new idea and perhaps hubpages authorities have no objection on it. However, the RSS feed should be relevant to your hub.
Hubpages community can think on this idea.

Internetwriter62 I understand what you mean and all since we have been discussing this already. I am studying now how to create our own custom RSS feed.

But I just thought of a major problem. Since the RSS feed would have to be hosted on one of my web sites we would run into the limit on linking to the same domain too many times from multiple hubs.

So before proceeding I think somehow staff is going to have to ok this or it won't be useful to anyone once we get penalized for linking to the RSS feed too many times. I'm sure none of my web sites are big enough to already be exempt.

Since the only way I can figure out how to create a custom RSS feed to share link love among related hubs is to create my own, I have asked staff for a RSS subdomain exemption so I can implement Internetwriter62's idea.

Does anyone know of a better way? I really don't know much about RSS feed stuff and figured it would be easier to make my own so it worked as we needed. XML seems simple enough to code.

It would be great if a member of the staff joined our forum and shared some RSS Feed insight with us all.
