Are affiliate links not allowed to be used in hubpage content?
Ok so I'll take that as a Yes (as long as content is original to hubpages and links are not overdone to one particular site) and indeed I have read this in the FAQ before. I just heard varying things here & there lately and wanted to clarify. Thanks
P.S. I believe that it is also true that if you use linkcloakers like 'tinyurl', it will appear as if you're linking to the same site recommendation repetitively - when actually it could be totally different sites.
Yes, Multimastery, there is an absolute limit of two links to any one domain (not page, DOMAIN) after which you will be penalised.
Any form of cloaking will treated as a "wildcard", and be assumed to be cloaking yet another link to that same domain, ie a tinyurl link counts as +1 link to all other domains linked on the page.
It really is best to avoid them unless you plan on having two and two only links on the entire page.
And remember, it must be completely original text if you are linking out.
