Well, the linked article says this -

"While this feature was initially available only to publishers located in North America and Europe, we're happy to announce that all publishers will now have access to these participating ad networks."

This is a good system, provides you with the best paying adverts for your ad spots.  It also allows you to easily cut out catagories you don't want displayed on your website.

Certified Ad Networks are all enabled in my account but haven't seen any on my hubs yet - anyone else seen them?

I already use Google Adsense, do I need to do anything or change a setting to get the certified ads to appear in my hubs?

I think they are the default setting so they should appear automatically unless you block them.

Do you have to turn these ads on? How will you know when they appear?

They are enabled by default, but you can deactivate them by catgory if you wish.
