Can someone tell me does the following prevent me from creating a hub with BFG in the URL or doing a review of the service offered in general:
You may not purchase, register, or bid on any keywords, search terms or other identifiers that include any of the BFG Marks for use in connection with any search engine, portal, or sponsored advertising service, or other search or referral service.
Apart from what is provided in connection with the Program Assets, you may not use any of the BFG Marks or any Game titles or logos to create any advertisements, banners or promotional materials.
I'm wondering if using BFG in the URL would violate the above as I think its talking about things like AdWord buying and splicing your own promotional stuff from their content. Anyone able to offer more clarity?
You should be fine creating a hub with these terms of service, it is to stop you competing directly with them for keywords.
