What you have to do now is join E-bay as an affiliate, outside of hub pages, then bring the link back here to your affiliates page in your account. I haven't joined yet, still working on traffic and Amazon.
Sadly, eBay has changed its rules about accepting new members - the chances of a hubber being accepted are near zero. They're looking more towards folks with their own high traffic web sites.
