yeah, they just dont know yet - I'm gonna be suing them for Retaliation & Discrimination, so this win with Unemployment is a major step towards winning my Equal Rights case  lol

Yeah!  So, it was sooo crazy, cuz my former employer didn't even bring an attorney to the hearing! lol  Sooo funny!  And~they basically affirmed everything I said about what went on (as to why I felt retaliated & discriminated against to the point of quitting) But said they were 'surprised' because I quit!

My attorney and I could hardly keep from laughing until we were out of the building  lol  They admitted to what I was accusing them of!!  lol

Wow you have them on record confirming all of your accusations. Your discrimination lawsuit should be a piece of cake. Nice.

Thanks.  I'm happy as can be about it. smile

    Sorry I disappeared lol
My son was having troubles getting his x-box hooked up to the internet...um, I mean, X-Box Live. roll  And I found out his computer didn't have an anti-virus on it!  Yikes!  Anyway, right now downloading a 90 day free trial anti-virus on it.

It will probably be a few more months for my charges to reach their conclusion, but afterward I'm gonna write a hub about it. (just being overly cautious, in case any of them might find my info online lol, paranoid?  Probably! lol)

      smile thanks Glass Spider

hey, question about your avatar.  do you know about spiders?  someone recently told me a white spider is an unhealthy spider...anyone know if it's true?

This would depend on the spider. The spider in my avatar is colloquially called a "glass spider" and is supposed to be that color. Also, baby spiders from many species are often white until they get bigger. Some spiders are white with black stripes or other markings. However, if you see a spider that is *supposed* to be a different color, then it would be considered unhealthy if it were white.

Wow.  cool, wasn't sure if I was pushing it or not by asking. lol

Now I get it!  (duh!  knocks head against the wall)  Your avatar and name are the same thing!  big_smile

LOL....nah...feel free to ask me anything! If I don't wanna answer, I'll just tell you! Or if I can't LOL.

Yeah, thanks to Ohma, I have a "glass spider" to go along with my avatar.

I'm hoping (if I can ever get a chance to breathe again) I'll get to write more spider hubs...I love 'em - spiders, that is.

(sshh!!)  don't let my son hear that!  he is terribly afraid of spiders...not so much cobwebs/spiderwebs anymore....lol

In fact that's why I asked the question.  We rented and moved into a house a few years ago and the first night I killed (yep, killed) 10 white spiders.  My son was freaking out, and was demanding I call his dad to come pick him up at 11 pm due to the spiders!  I only got him to calm down once we didn't see anymore that night, then it started again the next night when we saw 1 or 2.  lol
