Hi on a french blog community they have a forum with a topic called "Your Blogs"
Each author has the right to post in only one post dedicated to his blog and the forum is very active as people are less shy to read and comment with all the others.
Couldn't Hubpages have something similar ?
For example, I made an article on the concept of "Totalitarian Democracy" http://hubpages.com/hub/Totalitarian_democracy
I would like people to create a debate around it about why people do not vote one of the reason may be they know that "citizens, while granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of the government."
I think the comment zone alone doesn't invite people to debate except if invited to do so in a frequented forum.
This is an interesting idea. Jason has been pushing to build something like this for a while. He'll be pleased with this request. I'll pass this along to him.

Whereas I'm somewhat curious to see how HubPages new experiment for helping authors get Hub feedback help works out on the Hub author end, I'm quite dreading it as a forum reader, because it's all too clear that the...
