Hey guys I just noticed something under the Share area. It is "Share this Hub with followers." Is that new, or have I been missing it. I just used it, but I don't quite understand how it works. After I clicked it, it said "This Hub has been shared," or something to that effect. So where did it go and when I shared it with my over 500 hundred followers, how do they see it. I'm perplexed. Someone please fill me in.
it's been there for a while, I asked the same thing not too long ago. when you click it, it shares the hub on the feed with all of your followers. I've been using it if I read an exceptional hub that I think others will like.
Here it is rebekah : http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/41602#post966293
Thanks guys. Could someone please share one with me so I can see exactly how it works.
o.k. I just made you a follower (I thought I already was!) and shared a hub about longtail keywords with my followers. check the feed, it should be there.
you won't see it unless you are a follower. it has to be from someone you follow.
rebekahELLE, I thought I was already your follower too. Anyway I just became one, now I guess I'll look for the hub. I hope I get it, since I just became a follower, (again).
will someone share one with me, then i can see how it works
check your feed, poet. I just shared one called Hubtrails by Ohma.
the link will be there and underneath. it says shared by _______________.
me, in this example.
thanks so much going right over there now, this is fun...
Thank you rebekahELLE, I did go over and read it, and I'm glad that you shared that little gem with me. I'm going to participate in the Hubtrails.

I'm using the relatively new "share with friends," to share some of my old hubs with new followers. (That's probably not it's intended purpose, but, oh well). Anyway I don't know how it comes out. ...

My feed is full of "shares" by a Hubber. HP recommends we do not share our own Hubs too frequently, why can't that apply to multiple sharings by the same Hubber for other Hubs. I don't think they...

Can veteran hubbers who are getting huge influx of external traffic from search engine hits suggest ways to get high searches for their hubs and more traffic? Also, please write how, how often and whether the updated...

Okay, so I had the habit of using the share button to routinely share my new or even some of my old hubs with my followers. Well, when I tried to share my last one, I got a warning, I don't quite remember the...

Gee, thanks admin. Yup, that's sarcasm. I don't mind being another Hubber's fan--not a bit. Fan a lot of folks and try to keep an eye on a fair smidgen of what they produce, too.But FOLLOWER? I...

The recent change in phraseology made me wonder if the phrase followers makes anyone uncomfortable. Kinda feels like you're signing up for church or some cult group. Kinda liked Fans better it's a more secular phrase....
