Is it possible to publish a Hub that has is the same article as another I own on another website. It's not plagiarized, because I own it, I just didn't know Hub Pages policy on submitting material that is already on the web.
As far as I know, you'd have to paraphrase it. If you don't, it will be detected as duplicate material.

Yes, it is possible, BUT your article will be flagged as duplicate if you copy it here. So as Jayne suggested, re-write it.
