You need to hit the "publish" button rather than the "done editing" button.
Your very first hub being about Yuwie with a couple of referral links would mean it's nothing more than a way to get divert traffic to another site.
If traffic is your sole purpose for being on HubPages I don't think you or your hubs will last very long.
