I have written to management three times without a reply. When I attempt to follow someone, I am asked for my verification code. Will you please explain what that is.
I have also applied to Ad-Sense, and was told I would receive an e-mail. No e-mail has arrived for days.
We have answered all of your emails, actually. I'm not sure why you never received the messages.
I will send you a verification link to the email address currently on file. As far as AdSense, the error I see in your account leads me to believe that you were attempting to create a new AdSense account with an email address already registered with them. Try signing into AdSense with your gmail email address; I suspect you already opened an account and never received their email for the same reason you never got our emails.
I am having the same problem--I am signed in and can comment on others' Hubs but when I click "Follow ___" I am directed to a page that says

I have no e-mail in my inbox or in my spam folder, and I have been able to follow Hubbers for the past week. Has this issue been resolved?
Following people does not relate to AdSense, it will relate to the verification code given in an email from Hubpages when you signed up to this site. Check your email junk folders and all previous emails from Hubpages, it will likely have a code or an alternative verification link. By visiting that verification link, your email address is validated by Hubpages and your sign up is complete.
By verification code I think you should see a box with letters and numbers, jsut write those in to teh text box below it, I didn't realise that following used Captcha forms though.

Are you signed-in to Hubpages when you try to follow someone? You have to sign in (black area on the top of the page) first, otherwise they think you're just a lurker, or visitor. Only hubbers can follow other hubbers.
When you sign in you'll sometimes get the Captcha, which requires you to type the mangled words you see, first..before your username and password. If the Captcha is unreadable, you can click on the little button that looks like a circular arrow, to get a different set of words.
If you still can't get in, send the staff another e-mail. Make sure you type your return email correctly (the one you used for signing up in the first place). Good luck.
A picture would literally have to be used I think, lol. This is a first for me Never heard of a verification code being requested to Follow somebody. I usually just click and offered the chance to leave fan mail. Sorry that doesn't help.
I went back to my first e-mail from HubPages and clicked the "verify your email address" link. After doing this, I was able to follow people again. I am not sure why it worked, however, since I had verified my e-mail when I first got that message. Maybe it'll work for you too!

Is there a possibility we could have a new feature that would only allow Hubpage members with profiles to send emails? I think this might cut down on the amount of spam we are currently receiving from unverified...

Before following someone, at least you should read his/her hub or profile. I think, there are many reason rather than his or her beautiful face to follow him/her.

I've contacted them a couple of times to email@example.com in the last week regarding my account verification, but no reply, is there a holiday or anything or are they ignoring me? Even though I was recommended Hubpages...
