One of my hubs shows it has a malicious link. what do I do about it? How do I take care of it? How do I find it?
I think if you click on malicious links in your dashboard, it will list the hub. it should be highlighted within the context.
I'm not sure, but I know that's how it works for broken links.
once you find it, go in and edit and remove the link.

Sometimes a malicious link may not be anything bad for your computer (like a virus site etc), it may just not be something approved by adsense. I got a warning when I put in a link exchange site on one of my hubs - adsense doesn't approve of any form of recompense for traffic or ad clicks.
Anyway you must have been to the site before, so unless the site has changed, it shouldn't be a problem. Just remove it and all will be fine again.

One of my hubs has a black triangle with an exclamation mark inside it.This is supposed to mean link is bad (or not working) on the hub marked,but I how can I tell which link it is.Do I need to check them all out?
