PLEASE HELP!!

    I'm a computer dummy, but this has never happened to me before! I can't get pics on my hubs! When I get them from "my pictures," they show on my capsule, but when I click save so that they'll show up on my hub, there's nothing there but a blank box with a little "x"! Anyone know what might be wrong??

    What browser are you using?

    Internet Explorer? Firefox? Other?

    MAy sound simply Habee but save your work then shut down and restart your browser. Let me know if that does not work.

    Sometimes IE can be a bit flakey.

    I agree with Darkside I highly recommend Firefox.

    I write and capsulize on Firefox mostly myself. It seems more reliable !

    I can't get pictures on my hubs either tonight - and I am using a Mac.  Just a blue question mark showing up. weird....

    I am on Firefox and it just happened to me too. I used half size and they worked. crazy

    It's not my computer. I just had a friend go into my account on her puter, and she couldn't do it, either. This is a bad time for such a glitch!!

        This happens a lot when I am uploading photos.  If you do not want to wait for the glich to be fixed then this works everytime.  When you try to upload a photo and all you get is the thingy going round and round then press SAVE.  Do this for as many photos you want to upload. EG. 5 photos = 5 photo capsules , each one u attempt to upload a photo and then you press save,  Then press DONE Editing.  Then go back to the EDIT mode.  When you attempt to upload your photos now on those 5 saved photo capsules it WORKS like a charm. 

        I once had to wait 3 days for the photos to upload YES 3 days, thought i was going to lose it lol. Good Luck

    I had a similar problem a few months back,  but hp managed to clear the glytch.  It might be a good thing to alert the staff with email habee... this might save us all future problems.
