I like the idea of linking to other hubs that will make the experience for the reader even better, but I have a concern. It would be much better if links opened in a new window. The way it is right now, the reader clicks off our pages completely. If it opened in a new window, they could reference the info they wanted and then continue reading our hub.
I've added links but am now being a lot more careful, especially if we are offering similar products through Adsense or Amazon. Is there a way to fix this?
Web visitors can control how new links open in their browsers which means however a web page is set to work is more and more becoming moot.
However, when you add in the fact that search engines tends to view anything that opens in a new window as potentially being a pop-up advertisement, it seems like having links just click through isn't a bad thing.
