I don't usually promote other people's stuff, but - you have to go read this hub,

Best advice I've had all week Mark. What an amazing hub!
I read every word and need to spend another hour or so watching the videos. Just brilliant!

    Thank you Mark,

I was personally inspired by this hub, because I'm a Geech from North Carolina.  This brought back memories of my childhood, growing up on the border between the Carolinas.

    Now I'm hungry.

Not a surprise about the quality of the hub, knowing the hubber. Just wonderful. One side of my family are all southerners. I miss Sunday breakfast that my grandmother cooked and this hub reminds of all those times and gatherings.

It really ought to get an award for cultural and culinary merit!

    Thanks for the recommendation, Mark.

My pleasure - I was fascinated with this. I love food and am ashamed to admit I never discovered this when I was down that way. sad

Thank you for sharing Mark. wink And, you're right, it's not too often I see you talking about other Hubber's hubs. lol

Sadly - I don't find many worth talking about. sad  But I can see when some one has put their heart and soul into it - and this is one of those.

Yeah, I went to it. I bookmarked it. It's a little too long, but hence the reason for bookmarking it. smile Again, Thank you. smile

Wow.  It is a beautifully done Hub (and I'm not even someone who's interested in food, usually).  Someone who searches and gets that one is going to be pretty pleased.   smile
