Hi, I've noticed that when I first publish my Hubs they turn up in Google very quickly, in about half an hour, but the next day are completely deindexed, despite backlinking. The hubs have not been flagged by Hubpages, just disappered from Google. Is this the 'google dance'? Will they just reappear after a while?
Ok, so now they've suddenly popped up again. Very weird. Must be the google dance.
Yeah I see that quite often with many of my hubs. Often times google immediately considers it very relevant information and moves it to the top of the results. Afterwards it will take it back out for a little bit to review where it should stand. Just keep building links slowly and naturally.

Is it because I was not active for two years on hubpages that made Google to remove my pages from being indexed? Can someone please tell me how to regain my search traffic back.
