I see so many posts, looking for hunky men, who is your favorite/sexiest male/female on hubpages?

I want to know who would make a good friend on Hubpages? How would you go about maintaining the friendship?

I choose friends for their good looks and acquaintances for their character.
Laughter is always a good method for maintaining friends and always the best for ending them.

I have spoken to 8 hubbers on HubPages and have maintained there friendships via e-mail. It takes understanding and listening to make a great friend on HP and I have definitely met a handful I honestly call my friends. They encourage, guide and are some of the greatest friends a person could have. smile
Others I value there friendships via e-mail and always become concerned when I have not heard from them in awhile. smile

Hey Jane, I guess many different people have an idea of what a friend is and what makes for a good friendship?

I guess it could be done to maintain some sort of friendship, without ever meeting the person in person, but will lack substance that a true friendship requires.

A connection offline as well. So, I'm not exactly sure if that answers your question or even part of it.

I would be willing to say that those who grasp me, as a person, would be those who I would select as friends. Those who cannot grasp me, would be acquaintances, just people I know.

There are a few hubbers I consider friends, but only one I have talked with via phone.

This made me realise that others don't think the same as we do! yikes
    I'm a Kiwi.
Kiwis.. consider and treat everybody as a friend until they prove that they aren't worthy of the status.
    Aussis are similar..
Guess that's what people come away with after they have visited DownUnder (NZ and Australia).
I'm sure 90% of ANZACs feel this way...
It's genuine, open and it's a good way to be hmm

Well, I get lots of kind comments on my hubs, and some interesting and frequently hilarious exchanges on these here forums.  You can usually tell the ones who are being more open and whom you seem to have an affinity to...people who really care about you and what you have to say.  Quite a few I would consider aquaintances, on Hubpages at least.

I've only ever made e-mail contact with 2 hubbers.  I keep in touch with one of them fairly regularly, and we've had many informative and hilarious exchanges.  I think it's become a very close friendship.  I wouldn't be surprised if we actually met in person some day (we live only 75 miles away from each other)...you know who you are. smile
