What do you mean? You don't have a "site" at HubPages. You have a profile, but HubPages is not like blogger - you don't get a self-contained site within a site.
HubPages is a place to write magazine-style articles. Your articles will be accessible through your profile but they are separate pages.
To link from HubPages to your own website:
Above the search box on the right-top part of your screen, click on "my profile," then "edit profile." Complete your profile with a description of yourself, an avatar (profile image), and a link to your website placed anywhere in the descriptive text.
