        I second that! smile

The answer to this and similar questions can be readily found either in the Hubber's Hangout forum or as individual Hubpages via the search facility.

Hubpages own information is listed on your accounts page under affiliations settings.  Just click, then read.  smile

Use googles keyword tool when creating your hubs and also when deciding what hubs to create.  It will help you with search engine placement which will get you more views.  The more views you get the more clicks you will likely get.

Hi Info, I cant help you that much, I just noticed that the more you chase it, the more it is difficult to achieve -- success like more views etc --  more views doesn't pay, the clicks pay, peoples mind can be fickle at times, (topics which sells changes as the season does) since people from more developed countries are the ones who will click and buy stuff, it helps to know their interests, by trial and error, I think that there is no single solutions to the answers what sells? So my best think is that write about something you know best, not necessarily personal, but one can learn a lot from it, and when people find it useful, they will click on the ads!
and when you want to sell something, it is also trial and error, i put different things in my hubs, variants of things to sell, I am always surprised that people buy more tech stuff in a different subject hub, People buy stuff when they are really interested in the stuff and if they see that it is informative, they will buy something you sell from the hub.

I think Misha and Mark Knowles buy stuff to spin their hubs for promotion, Misha also study keywords a lot (they invest on softwares)

      Still hardwork is the key!

You really need to study those who are making the money & READ what they write and how they achieve it.  Then YOU need to make the decision on where you go.  Many of the names you hear, Mark, Misha, Nellie, Relache, etc. also have are part of Ebay, many of us were not able to sign up with Ebay as Hubbers.  I can't tell you what % of income they make from Ebay, nor can I speak of what % they make from Adsense or Amazon.

No one is going to hold you hand to help you make money or how to get more traffic and more clicks. Very few are going to share their secret to success, they had to learn it, apply it, work at it & any one that wants to succeed as they have needs to do the same.

Use the search box & type in what you are looking for and then spend a good long time reading and reading some more.  Educating yourself through research is always a good idea.

What John said is right because I've been trying to figure out how to get more views but that isn't the key, you can have few views and get more money. I had a few view today and made money from those few views..

4 hubs in 2 weeks is not going to earn you very much.

You dont say what you are willing to put into earning online.  Are you willing to pay anything.  I dont mean for scammy products either but rather stuff like hosting and domain names.

Also in time.  The people that are earning decent coin are doing this full time.  They work very hard and for many of them it is their job.

EBay is just one option.  In fact it is an option not available to many but there are tons of options available.  Just talk to someone like Nelle.  Just read some of her posts and you will see she has a ton of things going at once.  I guess I am saying she doesnt have all her eggs in one basket.

We made the mistake of having almost all our eggs in one basket and went from almost 7000 to zero overnight.

I am lucky enough to have the desire and have built some of that income back but now I get paid from several different avenues instead of just one.

All the information you need can be found here.  There are quicker ways you can get an education on affiliate marketing but if you have the time and patience you can find it here and you would be learning from some of the best like Nelle, Mark, Misha and many others

So, we have to put hubs that make people to click on the ads, isn't it

Some suggestions I have is to pick a topic that people are searching for in the search engines. "How to" hubs are the best, if you can write a hub that shows people how to do something, such as build a chair or install a water fountain, then you will become a resource.

Web users like to find information so the more useful the hub is then they will link to it and share it with others, this is the first step to making money because it takes work to find out how to provide a solution to peoples problems. That is why the topic of "how to cure acne" is so popular.

Simply because it offers a solution to people who are pretty desperate to find a cure for a condition that is causing serious challenges in their lives.

Once you basically consider what people are searching for on the web then you will be in a position to provide the information in your own writing style.

The other thing is that the search engines are always changing so what may have worked a year ago or even a few months ago may not work today. So you want to keep your ears and eyes open to stay ahead of the new ways to market and promote your articles.

Plus like has been already mentioned the best experience is from those who are successful, so find a mentor and follow what they do and once you learn then you can pass it on to others.

Hope this helps info bucket. Happy Hubbing!
