I am trying several times to publish my articles but it is saying the following errors:

I do not understand what rules i have violated. I also went through the terms and rules but couldn't find anything wrong. I have also changed the title several times. Please help me with my 1st post.
The best thing to do is email email@example.com to ask for clarification.
Sounds like your IP address has been banned because of spam or something similiar and/or you've ignored warnings on hubs you've published previously.

I just watched a youtube video where the guy said that he creates 20 articles a day. He didn't mention what platform he used but, it made me wonder how many quality hubs could someone realistically write a day.
