technical error alert when trying to publish hub

    Hi!

    I am getting the following message in the step where you have to enter the captcha:

    "Weâ��re sorry, there seems to be something very wrong with our servers.  Please try again.  If it still does not work, please contact technical support." 

    I have tried everything.  Cookies are enabled.  I refreshed, reloaded, re-entered everything over and over again - no success. 
    Technical Support suggests to ask here in the forum before contacting them... 

    I am working on IE7 in Vista and have McAfee - if this is of any relevance. 

    Does anybody know how to fix this?  Thanks in advance!

    Try using firefox or chrome.

    Seems anytime someone has a technical error it's nearly always using IE.

    Thanks, Wry! I just tried both firefox and chrome.  Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same error message. 

    Frustrating.  I think I am giving up for today, and try again or contact Tech Support tomorrow.
