If you deny someone's comment does it hurt their hubber score? Does it hurt you own hubber score if you deny the comments of others? Does it hurt the hub score if the hub has a denied comment?

Just curious, why would a hubber not provide a place for comments? Do they not what to hear from the peanut gallery?I read a hub, thought it was good, wanted to comment, not there. Found it odd.

One of my comments was not approved by the author of the hub and so desappeared. Is this comment permanently deleted or can it be recovered? I worked several hours on this comment and it the best I have written until...

What's the point in having a comment box if the particular hubber denies every comment posted on the hub?I noticed a comment on a hub, so I read it. It wasn't a bad comment at all, just something that I would see why...
