as you participate more, you will start receiving them. you can answer questions in the questions sections you will find on every hub and in the question section [check your feed over on the right, click questions.]
familiarize yourself with the site and you'll continue to learn how it works. you can check out the learning center at the bottom of the page, it's very helpful.

Yup They just come along the way They are the HP milestones. As you write (for a start, ten) hubs, as you answer questions, as your comment on others hubs, as other read your hubs and comment you keep getting accolade. You will soon have many more Tthudium!! Best wishes!!
In short, the more active you are, the more 'badges' you get. It is a nice acknowledgement for those who are very very active in HubPages
