Hi there. Just curious. I remember I read that we can post links to our hub or blog somewhere in the forum.
However, I cant remember where. Can anyone kindly assist me with it?

Extreme Hub Makeover forum. However, that is for getting feedback on hubs, not for promotional purposes. You may want to check out some of the business forums, but even there you have got to be careful. HubPages has no self-promotion forum that I'm aware of.
