By chance, I found this warning on the header of one of my hubs:
Your hub may not be in compliance with our publishing guidelines. Please review the warning below, and correct the problem if possible.
NOTE: This hub has very few tags. [learn more]
You might consider adding a few more relevant, specific tags to help people find this hub more easily and bring in outside traffic.
I say by chance, because there was no indication on the Accounts page that there was a problem on that hub. I don't know how long the warning has been there, because I don't check every hub every day.
Easily fixed of course, but only once I found the warning.
I saw the same message on one of my hubs too! Must be an automated one.
