I've had this happen several times. I use FF, so I don't know if it happens on IE.
It loads, but there are no frames, just text. All the links still work, but it is just strange.
Is this an ongoing thing, or something I can do something about?
It just happened to me so probably was a very temporary site issue. I use FF. Stick with it - I had loads of problems when I was using IE.
Using Firefox, Happened to me too on a few occasions, I just clear my browser cache, log out, then come back to Hubpages and everything is OK after that. So, I think it's an FF issue.
hmm, I use FF, and I don't have any issues. are you saying when you log on, it loads only with text? maybe it has something to do with your internet connection.
They were doing maintenance earlier this evening/afternoon. Was that what you were getting? I first got the "doing maintenance" page, then the weird formatting. It happens on other sites too.
