I'm finally using Amazon more. However I noticed my stats today are the same as yesterday. Do they only update those once a day or something? hmm

They update once a day, around 8 am, pacific time.

However, lately they have been a bit erratic in their update times.  I try not to check until noon, so that I am not looking at it all day.  smile

I have yet to identify a clear pattern, but it seems like it is  either once or twice a day.  I have noticed that my stats usually don't change until mid morning local time but on occasion seem to change again later in the evening.  I usually only check them once a day or so anyway which is why I don't know exactly when any change occurs.

It is definitely only once a day - usually 10 minutes ago. Look at the bit that says 'Last updated' - right now mine says 15th September, and even though today is the 17th, when that ticks over to the 16th, then todays update is done.

I see, thanks everyone. I'm use to real time stats like adsense, guess I can't be checking it all day then! smile

Whoo, yup just checked and it's changed, 68 clicks as opposed to the normal 3 a day. Guess I'm doing something right. smile

My stats update once a day usually about 8 am EST but sometimes later.

Mine update at roughly 9:00am EST, and then once again in the late afternoon, although I'm not sure that happens every day.

Im pretty sure mine update between 9:00 am EST and 10am est - usually closer to 10 and only once per day

There has been fluctuations in update times this past month

The weird thing is, SF, even though I check Amazon in the morning, there have been quite a few times when I've checked back in the afternoon and shipments have updated. I don't really remember if my clicks/sales updated, but the shipments certainly did.

I don't need to check my AdSense - its always about £2 a pay, so it does not generate that much enthusiasm from me.

But at 12.55pm I am a serious nutter, dragging my son back from pre-school as quick as his little legs will carry him, so I can log in and get my Amazon stats.

No-one in the real world understands that I do work, and this is what I do, so I get no praise / recognition / respect (all the stuff I used to get when I had a 'proper' job) - but every day Amazon rewards me with numbers - which I think is a good excuse for my stats checking addiction.
