Kontera requires that its link be placed on each and every article published. Where in the article should it be placed?
After you have signed up for the program and entered your affiliate ID in the HubPages control panel, Affiliate settings, Kontera will automatically generate the links for your content.
...but their implementation guide says I must manually paste their tag in each and every publication...???
Most likely, what you are referring to is intended for people with their own websites. You are not the webmaster here. HubPages does not even permit pasting code into hubs.
