RSS Feed

    Since yesterday I am unable to place RSS Feeds on my Hubs. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

      I have this issue too.

      I get an error message when I save the rss module - it even displays the items in the feed.  But once I've "done editing" it's all gone, disappeared.

      The problem started in the past 24 hours. 

      Specifically, the error says:

      There was an error saving this capsule. Please click EDIT and then SAVE to try again. This error will be reported to the HubPages engineering team. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

        Glad to know I'm not alone. Let's hope the HubPages engineering team gets to work on it soon.

          What I've done for now is to just copy/paste the rss url into the text module above where the rss module is.... so I can quickly copy/paste them in when it's working again.

          I'm sure 99% of my page visitors wouldn't even notice it - or would think it a handy special bit of info I was imparting smile

    I'm getting the same Ooops! message and the rss capsule is not showing once i publish the hub...

    Hi Lily Rose, Jayne Lancer, earner,

    I tried to reproduce the issue and I was able to add a RSS feed to my hub without a problem.  I used Firefox to test it.

    If you are still having the problem, could you please post on this thread:

    1)  The hub is having the problem (won't allow an RSS feed to be added)
    2)  The RSS url that you are using
    3)  The browser/OS that you are using
