It seems pretty simple and basic - just Cut-N-Paste an Embed Code into the line entry area and click SAVE.
BUT... I've tired on many attemps to do this with just a basic YOU TUBE Embed Code (no alterations) and it saves everytime, but NO Video ever loads onto the Hub Page (just the Title Field is displayed). I've tired it on each of my Hubs with the same result, nothing!
I am missing something?
Need help...thanks in advance.
Sometimes I find the embed code doesn't work, but the URL does. Worth a try.
Agree with Marisa. In fact I didn't know you could use an Embed code.
I always copy and paste the URL.
It took some experimenting but I got it working.
Just an FYI = The standard YouTube Embed Code below still DOES NOT Work:
<object width="660" height="525"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/v/UF5LlEOdciw?fs=1&hl=en_US&rel=0&border=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/v/UF5LlEOdciw?fs=1&hl=en_US&rel=0&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="660" height="525"></embed></object>
The URL will work but you have to remove all the strings from the end that YouTube.com adds on it (for tracking purposes I guess):
http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/v/UF5Ll … =0&
Also in the example below, the sub-domain root was also giving it problems.
SO.. you have to edit it down until you find the bare URL of the YouTube Page - as follows:
*Still trying to figure out the EMBED Code that the MOD refers to - it is supposed to work, but I guess the main thing is just to get ANYTHING to work and then go with that-LOL.

If I'm writing a review of a hard to find music video and I embed a youtube video of the actual music video which someone recorded off of TV, would this violate my Hubpages and Adsense accounts?
