    Be active.

    Write alot.

Argue with people - just kidding.

I'm honestly not sure.  I am forever updating my Hubs, trying to keep up with them, and now that I've finished with three or four side projects I'll have a lot more time to do just that.

Make good use of your capsules.  Don't get in trouble for writing useless, spammy, self-promotional hubs. tongue

I think the greatest thing about Hubpages...well one of the greatest things...is that we can IMPROVE our hubs...we can re-edit them...re-write them...we can alter them and change them...we can make them better and make them more likely to get a better score...yes it's work to do that...but I love it.  I think Hubpages really understands what it means to be a writer. smile

Relache- I thought a blogger friend and I were the only ones that still groked anything.

Oh, we grok all the time in my circle of friends.

And isn't "oy vey" Yiddish for "oh, why?" - although it has the connotation more like "oh, lordy ..."

I notice there are two hubscores. The one you get on your profile and the one for your content. Which one is more important and why is there a difference?

I just got here and I'm already in the 90's but my hub score for my articles are in the 50's because I just started writing three days ago.

P.S. Can hubscores on profile go down or do they remain the same? Maybe that is the trick. Keeping them from going down.
