Where are they? I have tried to write to 2 people and there are no captchas. It is just blank and of course, you can't send in that case.
That's happened to me before, quite a while ago. It eventually got resolved but I'm not sure how. Have you tried switching browsers? Every time I have a problem here at HP I switch over to Firefox and it is fine in that browser.
If you don't already have FF, it's a quick and easy download and a great backup web browser to have just in case.
I'm on Mozilla but I'll check it on Internet Explorer. Thanks.
