All my campaigns have been shut down for over 24 hours, yet my URL tracker that is used exclusively for AdWords links still keeps occasionally clicking ever upwards.
Why is that?
For the purposes of this inquiry, it is premised that Google is not the problem.

In other words, I’m getting repeat visits from a previous ad-clicker visitor whose cookie is still active.
