   You can pin it to your start menu, then click start on your screen. Click the VSIXc icon and it will open it's own window. Sign in then go to new and interest category and click HubChat.

   I'm on IE.   I can log in, I've set up my profile, I can get to the list with the Hub chat room listed, but when I click that, the above message comes up.  Also, if I try to click on their help icon, the message comes up.
   
   One thing I don't know how to do is the "enable my browser" thing.  What's that?  I've refreshed if that's it.

   I've got the site on my dashboard.  I opened up the site.  I did the login.  I chose the Hub chat room.
   
   That stupid message came up again!!!  Could it be my firewall?  Or my spyware?
   
   
   I want to talk to everyone again tooooooo!!!!

         I am there now if you see this before I leave. I am thinking of putting in some luxury items in the chatroom. A swimming pool and maybe even a mud pit for the women to wrestle in. What do you think?

    Ummmmmmm....... it says its not installed or its not enabled to my browser..... but I did install it, so how do I enable it to my browser? FYI, I use Firefox

       If you know how to pin it to your start menu you can do that and just click it to open it's own page.
       
       If you have IE7 it is best to open it and paste the link to the chatroom.

       Just click the link above and download the software. It is less then .5 MB. Run it then register and click the link again to come to chat. It doesn't work with Firefox.

    I am in there but it isn't loading right for me. nobody there, either. I may have to uninstall it and reinstall it because it is saying it isn't installed. Something must have gone awry in the download lol.

    I have IE 7 also. Tried reinstalling it and it still doesn't show up right
    Hopefully I will get it figured out tomorrow. I was up all night last night writing hubs and I am still pretty sore from the wreck, so I am turning in for the night and will start fresh in the morning. Have a great night!

       None that I know of. The software for VSIXc is less than 1/2 MB.

          It's not the software itself. It's that it's not a text-only client. I use community wifi because I can't really afford a real connection and so anything that has video/audio is pretty much a no-go for me.
          
          Too bad there's no IRC chat...or even a java chat..

             VSIXC has no video or audio. It is very similar to the old MSN chat. It is a stand alone chat though in that it isn't a pirate of the old MSN OCX.

    For those who don't know how to use IRC, just go to mibbit.com and use their browser applet.
