I get how to use the video capsule, but what concerns do we have about copyright when its pulled from you tube. It seems like everyone shares youtube videos in that kind of way, on facebook and everywhere, but do we need to get permission, and if so how do we track em down, if like most you tube accounts, no one is around? Examples appreciated.

On you-tube video means it is shared among all so no case of piracy as the creator wants to share the video.youtube is open interface. It is marked as public by uploader

Content creators who upload video to YouTube have the option to not permit embedding, to allow only a private audience, or to permit embedding for everyone. When you use embed code in your hubs, you are dealing with YouTube and its licensing terms, not with the individual publishers, who have already granted YouTube permission. There is no need for you to request permission or give attribution, in my opinion.
