There is no way of knowing. There used to be, but that feature was removed.

I think it could open up to harrasment, and this may be the reason the feature was removed. You can easily check other kinds of feedback - like "useful," "funny" and so on - from the control panel. As you may have noticed, all of these types of feedback are positive, so that is no coincidence.
