I have put the video in a hub, but it wont let me publish, says too little content, so I put subhead and description in a separate hub? tried to join them. When I go to publish, it stil wont let me publish, says It is likely to rated as substandard. What am I doing wrong? How do I publish a video as a hub?
This is a writing site so you need to add a few paragraphs of content to help support your video. Written content is what drives this site unlike Youtube and MetaCafe which are video sites.
To get reasonable traffic, try at a minimum of 250 words.
Thank you! Does the text go under the video in the same hub or in another one that is then combined with it?

This site has a learning center which you should go through thoroughly. The link to the learning center is at the bottom of every page on this site. Also the help link above will take you to the FAQ where you will find many answers to your questions.
I'm not trying to be mean but if you want to be successful on this site, and we all want you to be successful, then it is in your best interest to read the Hubpages FAQ and Learning Center Info presented by the Hubpages staff before asking the questions in the forums because the forums can be misleading or misinterpreted and limiting your success here.
Quick answer to your question, Text should be in the same hub in a text module. It can be above or below the video module and be original (not appearing anywhere else on the internet). The text should be quality, grammatically correct, English. And for the best results the text should be search engine optimized for your targeted keywords.
You have to write something in hub as only single video cannot publish in hubpages

I thought if a hubpage was listed in Google search it was featured. But apparently that is not the truth. I guess I will keep the hubs up and run my own check on them.
