I recently started a hub, but only finished giving it a title. When I came back to it, it had a score of 45. I have since added content and the score hasn't changed. It has been less than one day.
What can I do to improve the score?

Publish some good content hubs.You have participated in any activities like forum,question,answers or other activities so your hub score is low
Publish quality hubs:
2. at least 300 words, above 400 will be better
4. put some related picture or video.
Some of your hubs only image, this will hurt your profile score and hub score.
