14 months and just 5 hubs , naturally google did not approve. and are you getting enough traffic. without informative original content and high traffic google will not approve. try to increase the quality and quantity of your hubs and then apply again.
Only five hubs, poor English, most of the hubs are promotional content, low quality, misuse or underuse of capitalisation. That's just for starters.
Plus you're from India which is a country that has a lot of spammers. Meaning Adsense demands a lot of proof of continuous high quality work before approving.
So in my opinion - you don't have much hope of ever getting an Adsense account if you continue at your current rate.
