I am new to hub, hubpages didn't ask about my address as well as an affiliate so how come I will get cheque?
You need to sign up for affiliate programs separately. Once you have provided the information and been approved by Google, Amazon etc., you will get an affiliate ID, which you will provide to HubPages. Then, and only then, will you begin to earn money here.
W.E. Is correct. Hubpages does not pay you any money at all and until you set up your affiliates, they'll get all earnings off your articles. They only provide the platform for your material and the ability to easily affiliate with various advertisers.
