I take alot of my own photos, and I really think there are better ways to optimize my photo capsules to pull in more traffic. What are some suggestions that some of you have as far as text you put along with your photos? Headings for your photos? I currently try to add some of the tags and key words, but I know there are better ways to optimize traffic and bring more traffic to my hubs via the photos that I am posting.
Any suggestions or thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
Interesting question. You may want to check out fellow hubber Charlinex, who is a professional photographer.
The best way to optimize the photos that you use in the photo capsule is to USE your keywords or phrase in the caption. I get quite a bit of traffic from Google images just by using the keyword phrase in the caption.
I always place a photo to the right of text and almost never as a capsule by itself. Not sure how using a solo photo would affect the layout.

I've been writing here for quite a few years, I go back to the ancient era before the 'featured' 'not featured' declension.I have found that 'fixing' a Hub which is not featured is a total waste of time, as in a day or...
