I joined HP and my email is NOT verified.
But I'm not getting the email to verify it !!
What to do? I contacted staff
You can verity your email by editing your profile, and a confirmation email will be sent. Be sure to check the spam folder.
I remember having faced this problem when i joined HP.... I did write to the staff and I think it was a weekend..so i had to chill out for a couple of days before I could get a response from them... but they did.. may be that is what is happening with you..
Don't worry the staff do respond quickly, provided you get their attention to the 'subject' of your mail
if not rush another one to them.. but as WE says these mails do get into the spam folder, so check it out! Best wishes and welcome to HP!
