Energy Drinks

    i need energy.

    It seems lately even with allot of sleep I still can't get any.

    Iv,e tried 5 hour energy, monster, coffee, amp, Rock star one a day energy

    nothing seems to cut it.

    so this is what i want from you, what are some energy drinks or remedys
    that work for you?

    ...juicing various vegetables and/or fruit...wheatgrass is a favourite and carrott...i don't drink those energy things...not sure what is really in them...

    ...and this of time of the year - lots of light... the light is missing now...but solistice is around the corner...i can't wait...and then the light starts to return....and build...

    ...vitamin c and d

    ...exercise too....probably need more in winter....

    vitamin e and b complex as well.  Various amino acids enhance our activity.
    I know the perfect exercise!

    Energy drinks tend to just move energy around, you get a boost and then a slump.

    If you are chronically tired you need to work out the causes, for example:
    Bed uncomfortable or just not sleeping long enough?
    Diet lacking nutrients?
    Feeling a bit down and need to get out more or start a bew project you are excited about?
