I was wondering about video advertising and if it will be available on Hubpages.
I've noticed you have to sit through advertisements on videos, and I was wondering how much money can be made from that.
I really have no idea about it, but it seems like if I had those on my hubpages I'd make some money off of it.
Any ideas or insight?
I know that any advert that 'gets in the way' or scrolls or unfolds is quickly removed by the staff.
So I doubt they'd put videos on which could interrupt people's viewing.
I personally watch a lot of TV on the 'net (rental agency won't fix our antenna) and don't mind the video adverts since they are a lot shorter than TV adverts. That said, hubpages is internet content, not TV content.
It seems like if they hit play and want to wait for the video, it would make sense to have an option for it.
I don't know, I just waited through one and was wondering how much money people make off of it.
