I cannot get back to read this till later by then it may have resolved my Amazon page seems to be showing two 'strange features' one is that nothing has changed for about three days. The second is the http part in the URL address is in red and has a line through it.
The reason the first is odd is it is not just that no stats have changed on the clicks or sales/orders but also that items that should have been shipped have stayed the same.
Second about http in URL I do n't think I have ever seen that in red like that before. Probably a simple explanation but not sure what it is at the moment.
Can't help you with the red line hting but my reports have been shot for a couple of days now too. Yesterdy the total earnings went up but the detailed reports were the same as the day before. It is really hard for me to keep track of what has shipped and what is outstanding but a quick glance down the list and both the order and earnings report looked the same as it was on Sunday.
It hasn't updated today so I don't know if the problem is fixed.
But at least you know you are not alone.
That's what I was looking for.

*apologies if in the wrong sub-forum*It's a very very simple question. I'm not supposing the answer is equally simple. I'm kinda hoping that if an answer is forthcoming, no one is (HP team/hubbers) going to say 'if you...
