Real estate mortgage interest rates stayed very low (around 4%) for a while.
Now they are at 4.8% for 30 year mortgage.
I asked a builder why they are growing.
He said, every election year mortgage interest rates fluctuate.
He said they will come down again.
Do you guys have any insight into this?
