When i place link of my blog in my hubs I am getting over promotional warning. what I am missing here?
Read this: http://hubpages.com/faq/#overly_promotional
If you link to the same domain more than twice in one hub, or if you link to the same domain across many of your hubs, then the links are deemed overly promotional.
Actually I picked a random hub of yours, and after taking a quick look immediately flagged it as "low quality". This explains your problem - HP don't want you to put links on poorly spun or machine translated texts.
I agree that I have to improve my english, but never put spin articles over here
I recommend adding multiple text sections in your hub and adding some images. Link out to other users' hubs that have similar content to help out your readers. Take a look at these hubs to get an idea of the ways you can format your hubs to make them perform better: http://hubpages.com/hubs/best/
And link out to your blog less. I only do self-promotion in my profile and write high quality hubs. That way if I ever do choose to link out to a site of mine, the link will mean that much more.

Someone recently stated that there are limits to how much you can link to your own hubs. Does anybody know the limitations?
